Application Security Engineer

You will work alongside our penetration testers on security reviews that go deeper than a one-off test — architecture reviews, secure code review, threat modeling, and helping development teams remediate what testing uncovers.

What you will do
- Perform secure code review and architecture assessments of web applications and APIs
- Run threat modeling workshops with client engineering teams
- Support remediation of penetration test findings and verify fixes
- Help clients integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines
What we expect
- Background in software development or security engineering
- Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 / ASVS and common vulnerability classes
- Experience reading code in at least one major stack (Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python)
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- DevSecOps or CI/CD security tooling experience
- OSCP, GWAPT, or similar certification
