Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the Site only. Penetration testing, staff augmentation, and any other services are provided under a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or staffing agreement). Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms; all engagements are subject to scoping and a signed agreement.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It is not security, legal, compliance, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome, including the passing of any audit or certification. Compliance frameworks described on the Site (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST SP 800-53) are referenced to describe how our testing can support your program; INTEGRA US is not a certification body, auditor, or accredited FedRAMP Third-Party Assessment Organization.

The sample penetration testing report available through the Site is an illustrative, anonymized document provided so that you can evaluate our reporting format. It is provided for your internal evaluation only. You may not redistribute it, publish it, or use it as a template for your own or third-party deliverables.

You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; submit false, misleading, or automated form entries; scrape or harvest content or data from the Site; or interfere with the Site’s operation. We may block access at our discretion.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the sample report, are owned by INTEGRA US LLC or its parent company, Integra Czech Republic s.r.o., and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

By submitting a profile through the Site, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting a profile does not create an employment or contractual relationship. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTEGRA US LLC, its parent company, and their officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law and does not affect the terms of any separate services agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
