Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter:

• Contact form: name, company, work email address, service interest, and the content of your message.
• Sample report request: full name, work email address, and LinkedIn profile URL.
• Careers / contractor profile form: name, email address, role or specialty, a link to your LinkedIn profile or CV, and a description of the work you are looking for.
• Email: if you email us directly, we retain the email and any information it contains.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention (including rate limiting of form submissions), and to understand how the Site is used.

Cookies and analytics. The Site uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We also use our hosting platform's built-in, privacy-friendly visitor analytics and Microsoft Clarity, a product-analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated usage metrics and session replay. Clarity may record interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling; it masks text input fields by default. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Site is intended for business use.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry, quote request, or scoping request;
• provide the sample report you requested and follow up on your interest in our services;
• evaluate your profile for current or future contract or employment opportunities, if you submitted a careers form;
• send you communications related to your inquiry (we do not send marketing newsletters unless you have asked for them);
• operate, secure, and improve the Site, and prevent spam and abuse;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• Our parent company. Integra Czech Republic s.r.o. (Prague, Czech Republic) provides our security testing team, recruiting team, and back-office functions. Information you submit may be accessed by their staff working on your inquiry or profile. Integra Czech Republic s.r.o. is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.
• Service providers. We use third-party providers to host the Site and store form submissions (Lovable, Supabase), and our email is processed through mail servers operated by our parent company. These providers process information only on our instructions.
• Legal and business transfers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

INTEGRA US is based in the United States. Because our delivery and recruiting teams are located in the Czech Republic (European Union), information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the EU. We apply the same security standards regardless of location. If a U.S. client requires that specific project data remain in the United States, that can be arranged contractually as part of the individual engagement.

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a business relationship is established. Careers profiles are kept for 12 months after submission unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we agree to keep them longer. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and rate limiting on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@integraus.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out to exercise on that point. To make a request, email info@integraus.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Other U.S. states. If your state’s privacy law grants you similar rights, you can exercise them the same way.

EU/UK residents. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our parent company, Integra Czech Republic s.r.o., acts as our representative for these purposes.

The Site links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
