Business Development Manager — US Market
Remote (US) · client visits as neededW-2 or contract
We do not sell boxes — we sell expert penetration testing and IT delivery capacity backed by teams that have delivered 200+ engagements. You will be the bridge between U.S. clients and our delivery teams: consulting on where their real risk and staffing gaps are, then building the engagement around it. This is not a call-script role — you sell by understanding the customer's problem, with our penetration testers and engineering bench right behind you.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. clients across penetration testing and IT staff augmentation
- Consult with clients — help them see where their real risk and delivery gaps are (and where they are not)
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts for testing engagements and staffing deals
- Proactively develop relationships with existing clients and open new opportunities
- Work closely with our penetration testers and delivery leads — you will never sell alone
- Share responsibility for revenue targets and the client portfolio you take under your wing
What we expect
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, security, or staff augmentation
- You find and open opportunities yourself — you do not wait for leads to be handed to you
- Genuine interest in IT and security — you do not need to be technical, but you must be curious and willing to learn
- Credible in a conversation with both an engineer and a C-level executive
- Fluent professional English and comfort working across time zones with U.S. clients
- Reliable self-management in a remote setup, including periodic client visits
Nice to have
- An existing network among U.S. CISOs, IT leaders, or procurement decision-makers
- Experience selling professional services or staffing/outsourcing engagements
- Familiarity with compliance drivers such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA
