What you will do
- Source IT candidates through our community, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Run screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Keep candidate data and communication organized in our ATS
What we expect
- Interest in technology and IT roles — you do not need to code, but you need to be curious
- Strong communication skills in English and ideally Czech or another European language
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable on the phone
- Recruiting experience is a plus, not a must — we will teach you
Nice to have
- Previous agency or in-house recruiting experience
- Active LinkedIn network
