What you will do
- Deliver features and fixes on the client project you are matched to
- Write tested, maintainable code and participate in reviews
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders in English
- Contribute to technical decisions within your team
What we expect
- 3+ years of professional software development
- Depth in at least one stack: Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfort working in a client-facing consulting setup
- English at working proficiency
Nice to have
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- DevOps skills
- Domain experience in finance, telecom, or retail
